Velenda is operated by Tricorian Pty Ltd and its related entities (together, Velenda, we, us, our), Australian companies delivering pharma raw materials intelligence, sourcing services and the Velenda workflow operating system.

• Operate Velenda and Clara AI in line with applicable regulatory, ethical and contractual obligations across the regions our customers manufacture in.

• Hold our suppliers and partners to the standards our customers expect of us.
• Train and support our team so that quality is owned end-to-end, not delegated to a checklist.

This quality policy is reviewed regularly and refreshed whenever the scope of our services, the regulatory environment, or the technology underneath Velenda materially changes.
